Alice managed the Red Bull House project professionally and calmly, adding her own creative touches throughout. An enthusiastic and diligent self-starter who can consistently be relied upon to get things done
– Katie Holt, Red Bull Sports Manager
Around 70 Red Bull-sponsored athletes from around the world competed at the London Olympics. For the fortnight of the Games my brief was to transform the ground floor of Red Bull HQ, creating three fresh, inspiring sports and British-themed areas:
- a welcoming sports-inspired kick-back lounge for athletes and their friends
- a sports-themed photographic exhibition and
- a flexible reception space with specially-created artwork for social events
The project required major structural changes and the design of site-specific furniture and art in collaboration with award-winning design and creative agency Pop Store. As well as managing the pitch, budget and build, I led the photography exhibition from concept to delivery, introduced a bespoke Red Bull Sports logo and created a Polaroid photographic wall as an athlete legacy.
